              I was chatting with a co-worker this morning and heard this story from her – first hand. She was the one who found the ring (and also told of the interesting car situation in the parking lot). Small world

                  WOW! Look at that blue sky! We didn’t even get a glimpse of the sky through the cloud cover over in Franconia Notch at North Kinsman.

                      When I was there last the gate was open earlier than 8. 7 IIRC. Others might be able to confirm this but I think it is often open earlier, and may be sometimes left open.

                      Thought I would pass this along in case your plans were limited by the 8:00 start time.
