      Darn – una_dogger has to work that weekend and I have work-related stuff throughout May, so we wanted to vote for the first weekend in June. If the date’s already set, so be it, I’ll still just be there for the meeting and one night of camping.

        Did anyone (Jayman?) check the KOA for availabilty on the June date?

        For the second year in a row,I won’t make the weekend of the 19th. 😕

        I may have mentioned this before but…
        …I would like to see the planning meeting moved to the first weekend in June. The weather is better, school is not out yet and oh… I can make it that weekend. 😉

                They had to drop off and call me back. I haven’t heard back from them yet. I guess someone more important needed to make a decision.

                      YES! They just called me back and we’re all set for June 2. They told me that June 2 is just as slow as May 19, so there shouldn’t be a problem. They’ll earmark an area for us and anyone that calls should just let them know that they’re with the Flags on the 48 group and they’ll put us all together.

                      Is now a bad time to tell everyone that I can’t make it on June 2? 🙂 The meeting must go on, June 2 is the best time for the most people.

                          June 2nd. Okay that will work. I won’t get there until 5-ish but I’ll be there. Cathie won’t be able to make it though.

                          Thanks for getting the details Chris. It’s a big help. You’ll have to let me know if there is anything I need to touch on from the website point of view.
