Truly amazing how quickly the list if filling up. There are lots of names that are familiar to the event and several new ones as well. Maybe having the event on September 11th is a real boon to us this year. I still think that we could post around to other sites and hopefully fill out the list that way. Wouldn’t it be fantastic if we got 48 summit pictures of the mountains! VFTT is one of the first places I would post. Nice people over there. AMC is also a good idea but we would have to deal with the flaming that some persons may do. Remember Grizzlymama last year. Im not familiar with the other sites but the more hikers we can get the better this event can be and even if people don’t sign up, they can always hike that day and say a hello to the summits flagbearer.
