      The plan is to start at the North Twin trail head at the end of Haystack Road. We will ascend via the North Twin trail over North Twin and continue to South Twin via North Twin Spur trail. My preference is to be packs on, hike ready at the trail head by 7:30AM. If the weather is dry, water crossings should be easy, but be prepared for the potential of a few difficult crossings. My Gaia app shows a length of 4.1 miles to North Twin, 2868′ elevation gain. Another 1.2 miles of down and up of about 400′ of net gain to South Twin. We will descend back the way we came.
