First timer here, so please be sure to add anything you would like that may be helpful!! My understanding is all we really NEED is an American flag and poles to hold flag in place for two hours on summit. Anyone have ideas here? Anything you could provide would be helpful!

      Mountain: South Carter

      Flags Fly: 12:00pm – 2:00pm

Route: IMP > North Carter Trail > Carter-Moriah Trail
      all trails link: https://www.alltrails.com/explore/trail/us/new-hampshire/imp-face-middle-carter-and-south-carter-mountain?mobileMap=false&ref=sidebar-static-map

Distance: 12.1 miles (per alltrails) and 4150 Elevation (per alltrails)

      Speed: 1.0 – 1.5 mph

Start Time OPTIONS: ** keep in mind if you are helping carry items up we will need you to carry them back down, so plan on being on summit till 2 pm.
A: You can plan to meet us at the trailhead and hike with us to summit. Leaving trailhead at 5:15 am to get to summit by 11:30 am to set up flag in time.
B: You can meet us on summit for 11:30 am to help set up the flag. You can leave whenever works best for your pace!

Any Volunteers have any of the following items that they would be willing to bring – we can work on who is carrying what up to summit once we know what needs to be carried up!
      Flag:
      Poles:
      Rope:
      Tape:

Looking forward to meeting new hikers and hitting the trails!

Route has changed to include all the carters. Those of us completing the 48 list will be able to knock 3 off the list!
