Troop 47 Tewksbury will be meeting at the (Mount Oceola Trailhead) at 7:00 Am. Starting the hike at 7:30. Summit is 4340′ typical the hike distance is 6.4 miles gaining 2060 feet in elevation. There is only one trail. there are a few viewing spots along the way. one at 2.1 miles up that views Sandwich Mountain, up another 1.1 miles is a view of easterly views from open ledges. We will be raising the American Flag at 12:00 and displaying it until 2:00. At which time we will begin the way back to the trail head.
