The plan for the hike this Sunday is to meet at the Old Bridle Path Trailhead right off of 93 north by 7am so we can divide up the gear and be on the trail by 7:30, giving us 4 hours to get to the top of Lincoln and half an hour to get the flag up. We are taking Falling Waters Trail for 3 miles up to the Franconia Ridge Trail, which we will take for .7 miles to Mount Lincoln. We will fly the flag on Mount Lincoln from noon until 2, weather permitting. For the way down, we will take Franconia Ridge 1 mile to the summit of Lafayette, where we will then take the Greenleaf Trail down to Old Bridle Path (basically doing the whole loop instead of going back down Falling Waters).
