My plan is to use Gale River, Garfield Ridge and Frost trails (rt: 10.2 miles, 2,450 feet, 6:20). Planning on leaving the trailhead at about 8am, and burning off any extra time (IF there is any…) at the hut with a game of cribbage or two.
