WR1A will be on Mt. Monroe, live on 146.52 simplex at 1:00 p.m.

Anyone other ham radio operators covering a summit?

Nice, I will be on Mt. Washington but don’t have any 2M FM gear at the moment. My callsign is N1ESE.

I participated this year but way south on Mt. Monadnock. I might be able to hit the Mt. Washington repeater with my HT, but you never know.

We’ll have to give it a shot next year! 🙂

Good conversation between Mt. Monroe and Mt. Moosilauke during the event!

We had line-of-sight to Monadnock and could easily have communicated via simplex. And yes, you can hit the Mt. Washington and the Cannon Mt repeaters from Monadnock.

Let’s see if we can enlarge this ham radio effort for next year. 73 de WR1A
