Anything we can do better than this year?

Drier weather in the morning so I can haul up the really good camera. 🙂

On a more serious note, I’d like to get more people in the same place aprés-event.

I agree with Michael, it would be nice to be able to say thank you and hear stories!

Cards to hand out to hikers enquiring about FOT48

More central location for Post Party – worked best when at Mooseland Grill

              Cards to hand out

              Flyers to post at Trailhead

Flyers put up at hiking hot spots 1 month before event takes place

Create standards around signage, log books, cards, etc..

              Bring back the pre-planning meeting

Identify Key board members and roles and responabilities

Enlarge board – too few doing to much – get more help! No more than one major role per person

Expand on communications – Meetup groups, nonhiking outdoor forums as well

Identify where press releases are sent – others may be then able to suggest additional place that should be added

Put the order for good weather in now!!!

Next year I’ll have cards to hand out to people ahead of time to hand out on their peaks.

I did post a .pdf to these forums last week, though, for anyone who wanted to print their own. I’m sorry for anyone to have missed that.
