    I think the history statement is great! I have one tiny suggestion. Instead of “3000+” innocent people who died – I’d put “thousands of” for several reasons:

    1) “Thousands” is what we knew at the time.
    2) “Thousands” reads better – and carries more power.
    3) 3000+ isn’t really any more exact.
