      Looks like Lowe’s Path for us. Gonna need to leave at 7:00 AM at the latest. I hate mornings. 🙂

              Hey Z-man!

              Should be fun again this year. Adams is a tough one, tougher than Willey for sure, but the views should be amazing. There are a couple guys who will likely take off much faster than I want to go, so we can just let them go.

              I’ll see what I can do about waypoints for the GPS, I need to reinstall Topo. I’ve been meaning to do that anyway and this is a good motivator.

                I have it mapped out, I’ll post it later tonight and tell me if it looks right. If so, I also have GPS way points logged and I can share them with who ever…

                  Good deal Z-man, thanks! I’ll look forward to seeing your plan. Will you send the map as well? It would be great for everyone to have it prior to the trip. Otherwise, I can send it once I get my info together.

                    Yup, I’ll post it up here as a jpg, so everyone can grab it, also the *.gpx file so if anyone wants the way points they can download them as well.

                    I’ll put it together tonight and get it on here.

                              As I described in my Madison route post, once our flag is up on Madison, a renegade group will break off and try to bag Adams while the opportunity is there. You’ll recognize them because they’ll be out of shape and really tired. Oh wait, that’ll be me still on Madison. . .

                                I’ve tested the flag pole and made some minor improvements (last year it was a little shaky) so we’re good to go there. I’m a big fan of everyone getting the chance to carry something, so we can divide up the poles, rope, flag, etc so we’re all doing a little bit to help.

                                Once again, planning to depart on our hike at 7:00 AM from the parking lot, so for the time-challenged like me, that means we should arrive there no later than 6:45 AM. Did I mention I hate mornings?

                                  Greg and I will meet you there at 6:45 at the latest. I was considering going up King Ravine, but with the weather forecast, I think we’ll stick with Lowe’s Path. We’re staying at the Mt. Liberty Hotel friday night. Is anyone else from the Adam’s group going to be in the area ( at the campgrounds?)? It’d be nice to meet everyone. Looking forward to this! It’ll be my last peak of the NH48! :flag: :beer:
