    I really liked it – it flows well. A few little things caught my eye, and these are just how I’d do it, not mandates and barely suggestions. Though I think I’m right on the punctuation. 😀

    No commas in the “Three days after …” sentence.

    Is it correct to show “compassion for … loss” as opposed to sympathy?

    I’d add “event”: The “Flags on the 48” event was given life.

    Instead of “… lost. Yet the feedback …” I would do “… lost; however, the feedback …”

    No comma after “continues to honor”
    Add a comma after “tragic losses”
    No comma after “Armed Forces”
