    You might want to mention that the list as a whole or in part will not be sold or in any way given to a third party, yada-yada,yada.

    I would also recommend, if it’s not in there already, that the list of non-anonymous participants on the web site be somehow munged when displayed so that a web scraper can’t grab the email addresses off of it.

    Example: no mailto: links, ‘user at address.com’
