The scout troop BSA 160 had a flagpole that was easily 30′ tall. Very impressive. This years FO48 was my first so I thought I’d learn how the flag pole was setup by watching. (That & the fact my two companions dropped out). I’ll have a hard time topping that flagpole. Thanks to Hiker Bob, Spencer & Larry for helping me fly the flag that draped my Grandfather’s casket.
