          I just checked the “Flags On The 48” discussion in the mountains and molehill bulliten board on the AMC site. Another complement is the number of pages 4(!) and hits — approaching 1,000!

            When I started that thread, the day Greg put the Flags sign-up sheet on this site, it was just a few simple lines to announce this years event. It’s very amusing to see all the twists and turns and political arguements going on. People slamming one another, I guess thats mandatory on the AMC boards. Hopefully we encouraged a few people to join in the Flags hike through that thread.

              On the AMC forums, “Flags On The 48” topped 1,000 views!

              A few of the finest peaks still need flags. All Nations are most welcome to join.
